AQUALUSH RETURNS POLICIES
AQUALUSH will accept non-faulty returns within 48 hours, as long as items are unused and in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging and with the original receipt. After 48 hours a store credit may be issued at the store owners’ discretion.
But there are some returns exceptions:
- DVDs, music and computer software & magazines/ books
- Perishable items including food, live or dead
- Made to order & special order products (specific customer order)
Your 30 day right to return
You have the legal right to a refund if you return your faulty goods within 30 days of receiving it, with a valid receipt and the card you paid with for the refund, otherwise a store credit will be issued.
Your consumer returns rights after 30 days
If you don’t reject the goods within the first 30 days and find a fault within the first six months of possessing your faulty goods, Aqualush will either repair or replace the item via its suppliers. If that’s unsuccessful within 14 days, you can then ask for a refund.
After six months
After the first six months, the burden of proof switches to you to prove the fault you’ve found was present at the time you purchased the goods in store or first took ownership of it if you bought it online.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unit 1 Great Western Trade Park, Great Western Way, Swindon, SN2 2DJ.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
